3. Wellness Coaching Services

3.1 GB Power wellness coaching services are provided on an individual basis and are tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

3.2 We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of our coaching services and cannot be held responsible for any results or lack thereof.

3.2 Indemnification: agree to indemnify and hold GB Power wellness coaching harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to their use of your coaching services or violation of these terms and conditions.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment for our coaching services is required in advance and must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms outlined upon purchase of GB Power Wellness coaching services.

4.2 Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy, as outlined on our website.

5.1 All content and materials provided as part of our coaching services, including but not limited to documents, videos, and other resources, are the property of GB Power Fitness and Nutrition Coaching and are protected by copyright law.

5.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our coaching services and the use of our intake form.
